Iowa Heart Center's Anticoagulation Clinic assists patients in the management of blood-thinning medications.

Patients taking medications such as Coumadin require frequent blood tests (to check how quickly blood clots), careful monitoring and periodic dosage adjustments.

Iowa Heart Center offers PT testing in Des Moines, Ames, Carroll and Fort Dodge.
