Electrophysiology services
Iowa Heart Center offers state-of-the-art electrophysiology services for your patients. The Center's six electrophysiologists perform more pacemaker and cardioverter defibrillator implantations, and more catheter ablation procedures than any other group in the state.
The Center is also a leader in clinical electrophysiology research, offering new therapies such as cardiac resynchronization, cryoablation and atrial defibrillators years before they are commercially available.
Iowa Heart Center offers electrophysiology services at Mercy, Methodist and Lutheran hospitals in Des Moines, Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs, Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames, and Trinity Regional Medical Center in Fort Dodge.
For more information, or to refer a patient for electrophysiology consultation, call the office of your choice or (515) 235-5000.
