Andrea L Larson, ARNP grew up on a farm in South Dakota. She moved to the Fort Dodge area in 2011, where she worked as a nurse in the Trinity Regional Medical Center intensive care unit. She joined the Iowa Heart Center in 2014 as a nurse, and moved into a role as a nurse practitioner with the Iowa Heart Center in 2016.
Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa, where she also played basketball and ran track. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Creighton University in Omaha, NE as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Andrea is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of the Iowa Nurses Association, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American College of Cardiology, and the Preventative Cardiovascular Nurses Association.
In her free time, Andrea enjoys sports, outdoor activities, spending time with her family and 3 children, and cooking.
Andrea serves at the Fort Dodge Iowa Heart Center office, primarily providing inpatient cardiac care in the Trinity Regional Medical Center facility.
